@skanki , We eat lamb with a MINT sauce, not mincemeat sauce.

Mincemeat is what is in mince pies - it is made out of raisins and fruits and nuts and things and mince is completely different.

Mince -is- meat, in little 5mm cubed-ish pieces and usually with a kind of sauce so that it has a kind of runny-meat-stuff type hard to explain texture, but not liquid.

In mince pies there is no mince, but mincemeat. Which contains no meat. Confusing.

Being British is amazing. Mint sauce is very nice. :)
