o.k.--how nice--so where is the part about him challenging the people to examine their lives concerning sin and then leading them to repentance? just cause someone is running around yelling means in no way that these people are hearing the news of the gospel---" get outta the boat" is not a sermon. this is exactly why several years ago I quit a black church, got saved , and now go to a white church ....

People are not conditioned based on the skin color it's what's going on inside. @ryank119 Ummm this is the end of the sermon He always uses scripture If you understand Black preaching this is what is called the celebration If you want to hear the scripture get the whole dvd dont make assumtions on a 4 minute clip at the tale end of the sermon...

@magicalfingers33 i just think that this kind of display puts all the focus on the bishop and not God. A preacher's main role is to share the word of God and diminish himself. Not whoop and holler like you're at a concert.

That's what I think anyways.

@ryank119 An you are free to feel that way However there are those of us that love this kind of delivery of the word. everyone has different tastes there are those that prefer teaching with no hooping of hollering then there are those that prefer hollering then there are those that are not conserned with how the word is delivered as long as I get the word. He does teach at the beginning he does not just hoop and holler. Bishop Morton is a great teacher as well as hooper.

There are millions of Christians being treated to dusty dry sermons every day. It's evident in how complacent they are about serving so Great a God as our God.
