if you look at the life of Muhammad, u cannot see any such transformation. Till his last breath he lived in sin and was struggling with all his sins all the days of his life. Quran and Hadith tells us that he was trying to keep himself sin free yet very often his sins took over him and controlled his life. Not only that, he simply denied the cleansing power of Jesus, His power to forgive sins, Sonship and Fatherhood of God and he missed the great salvation prepared by God for every human being.

Bible says in Heb 12:14, "Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord." Take the example of Paul who was persecuting Christians and was threatening, torturing and killing innocent people. But when he met Jesus on the way to Damascus his life changed dramatically and completely. The same person who was an enemy of the Christians started preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He left his old job of violence, torture and killing.
