  • okay everybody...don't be frightend...but no bad language-Okaaay???awww there's a good boys and girls...=D

  • He kindof looks like Chris Farley.

  • The food he eats in a week would probably feed me for 1 year 0_o

  • @skillen omg same

  • god i hate when they laugh at how much they have eaten

  • she says "poo" a lot

  • this is super sad.... honestly.. how can people do this to themselves. i know .. its a disorder just cause your not a stick with arms and legs doesnt mean you dont have a eating disorder.. well fudgepops.. but.. do keep in mind there is alot we dont see cuz its only a 30minute show to keep up with 2 months of stuff.. there is alot missing

  • a full shepherd's pie in 15 min???

  • that woman's so rude

  • suck it

  • @ncfwhitetigress did your mother EVER tell you"NO BAD LANGUAGE"Hmm?

  • The people who truly care about others will tell you harsh things because they love you and care about your well being. Those that don't care about you never will because they really hate you and never want to confront you about your dysfunctions. They'd rather see you destroy yourself or ruin yourself so they can look better and feel better by comparison.

  • These people have addictions. In the long run, none of this is helping them. They need more psychological help.

It's not that hard to figure out what food is healthy....You just have to do a little research. Honestly, there isn't one person on the planet who doesn't know that eating a sheppard's pie at 3AM is unhealthy. It's one thing to know what food is healthy and it's another thing to actually eat that food.

  • Getting up at 3 am to prepare, cook and binge on a sheppard's pie is not a bad diet, it's an eating disorder. I wish these programmes would include a psychiatric consultation for the mental health of the participants.

  • Exactly. I couldn't image anyone wanting to interrupt their sleep in order to eat sheppards pie or anything for that matter lol.

  • I agree with you.

Also, Gillian should be trying to find these people more foods that they actually enjoy eating. A lot of them are forcing food down their throats because it's healthy for them...They aren't going to keep eating something that they think is disgusting forever. They need to change their entire lifestyles, not go on a quickie detox.

  • disgusting
