I personally think sumo is easier. Also if you have longer legs it's helpful.

last bench ass came up off the bench .. that should not count , and im sure it wont count for world record on evaluation.

@djcire1 Because you can clearly tell from that angle. It did not come off the bench...that was part of her leg you saw daylight under. There were 2 side judges that agree that both cheeks were indeed in contact wit the bench. And yes it does count for the world record actually, check for it yourself on the USPA website and on the Powerlifting Watch All Time Records. Nice internet judging, though...thanks for playing
