  • Yum! Talk about divine Miki! These look absolutely fantastic! ;) I like a fresh dollop of whipped cream with a drizzle of chocolate sauce on my desserts! :)

  • @iSaamuel wow, sounds tasty!

  • Those look delicious Miki! That's a really nice Kitchenaid mixer to! The color matches the color of the paint in my house. Wanna trade for it?...............:)

  • @MrEZCooking Hahahaha...what color is yours? :D

  • @MikisPantry I am a Valentine's baby and my fave color has always been red!

  • how does it taste?

  • @Fhenry They were very tasty! Some people went for seconds...lol, and a couple couldn't even get seconds because they ran out (I only made 2 dozen).

  • @badasszombabe hahaha!!!

  • As I'm about to consume some delicious baked oyster pie, not much can make me hungry/jealous right now... but this just did ;)

  • @JunmaiShu lol! :D

  • Anything with chocolate is always delicious. Very yummy! =D

  • @nuts4clara i totalllly agree! :]

  • @MikisPantry =D

  • These look great! Where can you buy a cake pop tray?

I love anything that's topped with chocolate :D Especially dark chocolate!

  • @shnugglebunny I got mine on tastytop.com. Ebay sells cake pop makers too. ^^ They can be expensive to some people, so that was why I mentioned using a mini muffin tin as well. Using premolded baking trays are healthier than the frosting or buttercream method. That method is fatty and high in sugar... >_>

  • @MikisPantry I know it is pretty high calorie, it's delicious and moist... but not very healthy at all. Using a tray modeled for cake pops is more convenient and healthier.

  • @forevermariott ...or if people don't have trays, they can just make their cake recipe more moist, like add a bit more water or soy milk OR add a tad bit of water when they are forming the balls. :D There's like endless of possibilities with cake balls! hehe...

  • @MikisPantry Thanks for the tip! I'll be on the lookout for some soon :)

Yeah, I made cake pops using the frosting method in the summer, and they were very rich. Not a treat to be enjoyed every day! I actually made a video on them too but probably won't upload it til next month! :)

  • @shnugglebunny awesome! :]

  • i like the sprinkles, and icing.

  • @pinkpastelhearts any kind of sprinkles? :p

  • i cant wait to try this miki! thank u! :) XOXOXO red velvet is one of my fave cakes in the world.

  • @pinkpastelhearts haha, no prob! ^_^

  • Yum! These looks delicious! And I love those round colored sprinkles! :)

  • @AsianCookingmadeEasy same here! ^^ I just discovered them, lol... ><

  • Awesomeeee

  • dark chocolate, red velvet cake, truffles & fruit...yes I love fruit with chocolate or just a bite of cake ( a good hot tea or espresso works well with it for me too)

great video, fast, easy & pretty little dessert ~! *smile*

  • @planetjazzy sounds very relaxing the way you described it...

  • They look super cute!! Just gorgeous :)

  • @CookingwithKarma haha, they are so entertaining at a party and always gone before the party ends!

  • If you have a squeezie bottle (like the ones they put mustard in some diners) or a pipingbag you can fill it with the mixture, very easy when you have to make lot's of them. (been woriking at a bakery some years ago)

  • @kitchenfromhell No wonder I saw those bottles in the baking aisle at the store. I thought about it. Then, I thought about cleaning the inside.....and refrained from buying them, lol...

  • Fantastic! I like those

    my sister makes em too.

she mixes frosting and cake... rolls them in a ball.

coats them in chocolate then puts em on a stick

    like a kabob. ☺

  • @AllenGraph hahaha...I recently started making 'em, but I'm not too crazy over it. They please people at parties though, and I like to make people happy lol!

  • ビロード なんて 懐かしい名前のつけ方だな…

  • @maxinpains :/

  • I love adding whipped cream. ^.^

  • @forevermariott with a cherry on top? ;]

  • They look DELICIOUS... I'm just a sucker for bite-sized treats! Lol
