None of the Code Geass Japanese DVD or BD releases have any "deleted scenes" so that claim is utterly false. I also believe Lelouch is alive, but you don't need a fake video with a terrible edit in order to make that argument. It makes you look naive. There are enough arguments to say Lelouch is alive without having to trick people with false information.

If you guys really want to know, this is actually a deleted scene from the DVD season 2 version but they ended it off with you only being able to see the hat of the driver in case they wanted to make a third season.

The only place you see him in on the television/monitor screen, and that isn't classified as being alive, but more of very much a segment of data and nothing else. Therefore it can be concluded that lelouch is not alive

Also, wouldn't getting CC's immortality have required fulfilling their contract which would have killed her and made him give up his geass? If you can only get immortality by taking someones code by fulfilling the contract and giving up your own geass then that makes sense so what if Lelouch was able to simply steal his fathers code to get the immprtality like his father was going to do to CC. Since there's no contract involved then the previous method wouldn't be applied and he could keep his geass. If that makes sense
That or his Geass evolved to the point of not needing to give it up to take someone's code, 'sides we don't even know if he still has it,, and you can't tell if C.C. is immortal to this point, or tell if she still wants to die either, AND, she says some dubious stuff in this episode's church scene.
Back at the code's issue, he COULD have indeed stolen his father's, wich was probably still imprisioned on the World of C. BUT he taking C.C.'s code is still more plausible.

It would have had to have been just before the execution where he was "killed" but that would mean that CC would have had to die because killing her is part of their contract.
Taking CCs code may be more plausible but remember that his father was going to take CCs code at one point. It's already been set up that it's possible and the way Lelouch acted supports it.

@FiveOhFirstKnight Yeah, I think he made this whole plan as soon as he realized that his methods were wrong in the world of C and started his plan straight away. It's a little bit frustrationg because, like you said, there's no definite proof about this in the series but following the hints left and the characters personalities you can have a pretty good idea about it. This was probably a kind of extra scene which could open the door for R3 if it actually gets made.

And when Nunnaly touch his hand, there was a sound similar to the geass sound and she saw his memories
@Barock3 Hmm. I dunno because Charles originally got his geass from V.V. so he may have taken it by fulfilling his wish. Interesting point about how it may only activate when that person dies but I think its active from the beginning and those things just proved that they were immortal. I think the only reason why Lelouch still also had his geass is because he didn't have a contract with his father so he could take Charles' code with no cost whereas Charles still had to give up his geass.

The video you saw was edited.Although some people say he absorbed his father's geass that is also incorrect,his geass simply grew out of control(remember the time he killed euphy),first you couldn't see the power in his right eye(unless used), then it became permanent, and when he met with his father both eyes had it,he does not have 2 geass's.So, as sad as it may be Lelouch is dead.
Another thing to point out is that he never smiles like that.
i distinctly remembor that the cart driver had white hair in the anime. so I'm gunna have to agree with TheFinalEpic on this one. They made it a deleted scene for a reason, and maybe that reason is because they dont want to milk this to much. I personally wouldnt mind another code geass with leluche but I'm not getting my hopes up.
Okay... kinda jumping into this without knowing the full debate, but... do you remember when Marian said back in the thought elevator that as long as her body is kept safe, she could possibly return to it? Since this part of the episode has never aired but was leaked( i think but im pretty sure it never aired) it doesnt have the channel symbol since there was no channel airing this. If you guys really want to know, this is actually a deleted scene from the DVD season 2 version but they ended it off with you only being able to see the hat of the driver in case they wanted to make a third season.

Ok let's face the facts, Lelouch isn't alive. To be exact, he didn't even exist in the first place. The only place you see him in on the television/monitor screen, and that isn't classified as being alive, but more of very much a segment of data and nothing else. Therefore it can be concluded that lelouch is not alive

Also, wouldn't getting CC's immortality have required fulfilling their contract which would have killed her and made him give up his geass? That's why I thought that he actually stole his fathers immortality just before he disappeared.

If you can only get immortality by taking someones code by fulfilling the contract and giving up your own geass then that makes sense so what if Lelouch was able to simply steal his fathers code to get the immprtality like his father was going to do to CC. Since there's no contract involved then the previous method wouldn't be applied and he could keep his geass. If that makes sense

That or his Geass evolved to the point of not needing to give it up to take someone's code, 'sides we don't even know if he still has it,, and you can't tell if C.C. is immortal to this point, or tell if she still wants to die either, AND, she says some dubious stuff in this episode's church scene.
Back at the code's issue, he COULD have indeed stolen his father's, wich was probably still imprisioned on the World of C. BUT he taking C.C.'s code is still more plausible.

@MysticGohanVegeta It's true that he could have given up his geass but I'm wondering when he would have had the opportunity to do so. It would have had to have been just before the execution where he was "killed" but that would mean that CC would have had to die because killing her is part of their contract.
Taking CCs code may be more plausible but remember that his father was going to take CCs code at one point. It's already been set up that it's possible and the way Lelouch acted supports it.

@FiveOhFirstKnight Yeah, I think he made this whole plan as soon as he realized that his methods were wrong in the world of C and started his plan straight away. It's a little bit frustrationg because, like you said, there's no definite proof about this in the series but following the hints left and the characters personalities you can have a pretty good idea about it. This was probably a kind of extra scene which could open the door for R3 if it actually gets made.

@superanimelovermania What if the Code was transfered by direct contact with a person with a fully developt Geass? that explane how the nun forced her Code to C.C. and how Charles tok V.V. Code by force, and the code does not activate untill the person dies, Charles was shot, C.C. was cut in her stomach and lelouch stabbed, witch explanes why Lelouch still had his geass. And when Nunnaly touch his hand, there was a sound similar to the geass sound and she saw his memories

@Barock3 Hmm. I dunno because Charles originally got his geass from V.V. so he may have taken it by fulfilling his wish. Interesting point about how it may only activate when that person dies but I think its active from the beginning and those things just proved that they were immortal. I think the only reason why Lelouch still also had his geass is because he didn't have a contract with his father so he could take Charles' code with no cost whereas Charles still had to give up his geass.

The video you saw was edited.Although some people say he absorbed his father's geass that is also incorrect,his geass simply grew out of control(remember the time he killed euphy),first you couldn't see the power in his right eye(unless used), then it became permanent, and when he met with his father both eyes had it,he does not have 2 geass's.So, as sad as it may be Lelouch is dead.
Another thing to point out is that he never smiles like that.

i distinctly remembor that the cart driver had white hair in the anime. so I'm gunna have to agree with TheFinalEpic on this one. They made it a deleted scene for a reason, and maybe that reason is because they dont want to milk this to much. I personally wouldnt mind another code geass with leluche but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Okay... kinda jumping into this without knowing the full debate, but... do you remember when Marian said back in the thought elevator that as long as her body is kept safe, she could possibly return to it? That could be possible for Lelouch as well. Right now, he may just be a spirit like Marian was. That's my personal hypothesis on the controversy.

Lelouch don't have the Code of C.C..
He tooks the Code from his father when he killed him and his mother in the Sword of Akasha. Charles get his Code from V.V. so he had his one from him.
A important thing is: In japanese C.C. is spoken C2 and V.V. V2. And Lelouch is spoken Rurushu. Because in japanese there is no L.
So Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion R2 is the title of the second series.
R2 stand for R.R.. And R.R. stand for Lelouch.

Since this part of the episode has never aired but was leaked( i think but im pretty sure it never aired) it doesnt have the channel symbol since there was no channel airing this. I have no proof though.
