hopefully the message of healing through nutrition will continue to spread. do a youtube search to watch "a beautiful truth" video trailer and share it with anyone you know suffering with cancer.
it was the worst time of my life. seeing her so ill, and so upset when she had to get her breast taken off, now shes better, and has a special thing she puts in her bra which ups her confidence :) just thankful for videos like this who raise awareness and show people that its not gross, it is in fact beautiful.
Hi! My school does something called Relay for Life...this is something that our school cares about and has a passion about...we have raised the most money and are very proud. We lately had to do research on different types of cancer and this video inspired me sooo much and I am only 12 <3 thank you and god bless:)
I just found this video, and it made me cry. My mums just finished all her treatment for breast cancer and its lovely how amazing people are. Thank you for sharing the photo. <3 xxx
I knew so many people diagnosed with Cancer, and most of them died. Cancer, all types of Cancer, suck. It's the worse shit you could ever think of. I'm so proud of everybody who got over it, and so sorry for those who didn't but I'm sure they fought and everybody should take that as an example. So, people, please. Enjoy your effing life, because you never know.
My mum was diagnosed with breast cancer when i was just 3 years old. I am the youngest of four, and the oldest was only 12. She had a double mestectomy, and 3 years of intensive care and chemo. A year later, she got it again.. and worse. She went through even more chemo, but fought through for another 4 years. Having to have a huge op on her boobies. Our whole family respect her so much. And to hear something like this, someone support breast cnacer so much is amazing, this seriously means alot
i really take this to heart since breast cancer runs in my family, my grandma is also like her, a survivor. This makes me want to raise awareness myself. loved this video (':
my aunt had breast cancer & had her left breast removed, it looks the the women's in the picture. she's 6 years cancer free & she was so lucky to that being the worst of it. She's my inspiration & every women like my brave aunt <3
you are amazing gracie!! This just shows how much you really care and your a great role model for everyone. I love you so much and you are gorgeous!! I LOVE YOU!! xxxxxxx
This could be me except I'm not that thin! Same side also right side December 2006. I'm a survivor and I've been lucky. Remember ladies check your breasts, it could save your life!
In My School We Have A club where im involved in and its for Breast Cancer. Right now we are going to create a play to show women that breast cancer happens but we can win. Thanks for the video!
O.M.G..... I always new you were a beautiful and giving soul, now am even more inpressed with you!! Dont EVER change your one in a million!!! Love your videos and the support you have for everyone no matter what!!! =0) xxxxx
I don't want to be told 'this could happen to you'. My mum died of breast cancer and I know full well it could happen to me. I don't like it when people use scare tactics to get people to donate.
every time i watch this video & see the picture of this woman i don ' t think of somebody who is deformed or " weird " looking , i see a strong woman who has been to hell & back . she has BEAUTIFUL skin , no flaws at all & no matter what she looks like , with what she ' s been through , this woman is completely FLAWLESS <3
I saw this the other day, & like you, it certainly moved me. I reblogged it instantaneously, & I am pleased to see when I clicked on the link you provided that so many others have done the same (the image has over 75k likes/reblogs)! I can speak for almost everyone when it comes to the cancer talk; almost every individual knows someone who has been affected personally by this devastating affliction.
I for one certainly hope this video, in addition to the image, continues to get many more hits.<3
Well done you! I find the picture sad, beautiful and very humbling. I had a tumour removed 4 and half years ago at age 34 and I have never been so scared in all my life. I am cancer free and I realise how precious life is. Thank you for sharing this picture. I agree wholeheartedly the picture is beautiful, courageous and real. Helen xx
What MEN need to realize is that they can get breast cancer too, it's just not as common. I remember being in a grocery store line and the cashier asked the man in front of me if he wanted to donate money for breast cancer, and he laughed and said "Hell no! I ain't getting breast cancer so why the hell would I do that?" I really just wanted to give him a slap in the face and deliver the news that he also has breast tissue and he can just as well get breast cancer!
Gracie I just wanted to tell you that I have been a subscriber for a while now and I love your vlog. You are an inspiration to me to be a BETTER me and that is something that money can NOT buy! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Thanks girl, keep up the fabulous job!
@Michell3DK woww, gracie definately said SOME OF YOU MAY THINK EW OR SOME OF YOU WONT CARE...............i don't think ur name was said anywhere in there! maybe its you that expects the worst of her...grace loves her viewers. this wasnt to be mean or rude at all, but it seems you've got it totally twisted, anywayssss i love you graciee <3

Thank grace that really touched me, i have been cancer free going on 7 years now, i had cervical cancer and wish someone would do something like this for this type of cancer. all cancer is awful. but it can be beat. my heart goes out to all of those who are going through any form and to those who have gone through it you are all beautiful.
Aww, you are such a sweet young lady. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007 and she had a mastectomy of her right breast, she fought hard as cancer spread, and she was a healthcare professional so she always stayed healthy and took care of herself. But cancer doesn't discriminate, she passed away last year on 09/18. It's hard to think about cancer and what it does, but I do appreciate raising awareness and money for this cause because it allowed my mom to have 3 more years with us.
what kind of idiots would dislike this video?! some people have no heart. loved this! my mum's a nurse at a breast cancer ward and see's this everyday. The stories she tells me are sad but also really inspiring and makes me realise i have it good, i have my health and that's all that matters. Keep up this great work guuurl <3.
wow. thank you for this video my nan had breast cancer and had one of her breasts removed..but unfortunetely for her and us as a family since she kept her other breast the cancer has come back and is even worth. Grace, you are so thoughtful. If you ever want to really help, go to the hospital and see those people diagnosed/battling with cancer. Hold their hands and pray with them. This would mean a world to them...
My great grandma, grandma and my mom had breast cancer and I'm into anything supporting breast cancer. Where I live there is always a breast cancer walk/run and I always participate. I will do ANYTHING to help with breast cancer. I am also obsessed with tumblr and will reblog <3
I never got to meet my grandmother because before i was born she died. I wish every second that i could of met her. Thank you so much Gracie for caring. <3 xxx
this was really nice for you to do! two of my grandmothers, and three family friends have had brast cancer, luckily they are all do well now. i am also in pink ribbon club at my high school, and we help raise money for breast cancer at volunteer at events :)
My granmother unfortunately lost her fight with breast cancer many years ago, and thankfully things have improved so so much from then. Everyone has been effected by this disease in someway, it's so great that you are using this platform to create awareness of things that are really important, but this video reminds me that it is important to check for any lumps or changes, and encouraged me to do it tonight. You are very inspirational. Love your videos

I lost my dad to cancer a week ago - he was a brave man who never complained even when he was completely bed bound. RIP dad - you are missed every day...
whoever disliked this video is a heartless person.... this is a very humble thing you are doing Gracie....Thank You for reaching out to youtube and beyond xx
I love you more than before now that you did this... my mother works with cancer patients and my godfather passed away a few years ago cause he had cancer... no matter what type of cancer, its a horrible disease and I am SO PROUD that you are willing to help

my mumma had breast cancer and her scar is beautiful too, she rocked being a skinhead while her hair grew back too! i just refreshed this ten times to watch it over and over :)
My Mum was diagnosed with breast cancer at the start of May and I still get teary eyed whenever someone mentions breast cancer around me. She has been going through treatments all summer and less than two days after having a chemotherapy treatment her and I walked 5K in support of breast cancer this weekend. She is such a huge inspiration to me and we both want to thank you for what you're doing. You are right, the picture is beautiful and courageous and REAL.

Thank you for posting this image. My aunt is a survivor. She'll be 78 this month and she power walks everyday, goes to Zumba class at least 3 times a week and looks absolutely amazing. She even out-lived her two children and finished raising her two grandchildren. I never saw her scar, but this image makes me respect and love her even more.
my mum had breast cancer and had her left breast removed she is still full of confidence and is just thankful that she survived so she can be in mine and my sisters lifes today :) i feel self conscious when i go swimming but i always remind myself its nothing compared how my mum must feel!! this photo is inspirational xx
im organising a breast cancer awareness day at college, im getting survivors in to tell their stories, nurses to explain how to examine and doing tons to raise money through out the day. i have lost several members of my family, including my auntie, leaving my 2 year old cousin without a mother. by raising awareness and fundraising and donating we can beat this devastating illness. thanks gracie! xxx

I never saw her scar, but this image makes me respect and love her even more.

im organising a breast cancer awareness day at college, im getting survivors in to tell their stories, nurses to explain how to examine and doing tons to raise money through out the day. i have lost several members of my family, including my auntie, leaving my 2 year old cousin without a mother. by raising awareness and fundraising and donating we can beat this devastating illness. thanks gracie! xxx
