The brown on the butt of her overalls is part of the prank and looks like she sat in some chicken droppings or manure on the farm. LOL They painted it on with spray paint or makeup or rubbed on mud. At the concert it wasn't nearly that noticeable as it is with camera zoom. She also wore a set of gag teeth. Think SNL or Jim Carrey props.
