@merrell89 My earliest designs were made of DOW blue insulation foam from Lowes that I shaped with a sander then covered with Bondo. My newest ones are made out of lexan that I vacuum over a mold that I have made. Look at my first 69 Camaro video and you will see the way I made them out of foam.

My baja has a 26cc ported zenoah engine. The stock exhaust pipe has been totally gutted and I added a second exhaust tip. It really screams!!
