She got herself caught in the, sadly, all too common story of a young popstar who facilitates their own demise through all sorts of substance abuse. If people want to judge her for that, they have every right to do so. It may not be the nicest or most considerate thing to do, but they earned the "right" to judge others for their actions and behaviour the moment they found out they could.

The mere presence doesn't cause dealers to be there, the demand for those drugs do. If dealers don't have a market to sell their goods to, they won't sell. I can't blame dealers for tapping into that markert anymore than I can blame Macdonalds for tapping into people's craving for burgers and other greasy food.
