I believe that it is possible to stay healthy into ripe old age and to prevent, stabilise and even perhaps to reverse, many of the chronic degenerative diseases.
Underpinning all my research and advice is this simple fact. Given the right nutrition and lifestyle, our bodies have amazing powers of self-healing and regeneration.
He's really only trying to give the doctor feedback about how to keep the discussion non-technical enough so that lay people who are not trained in nutrition or medicine can follow it and stay interested - so they will benefit from the message.
I agree. Dr. Adubato (a PhD, and Rutgers professor) knows exactly what he's doing, which is to force Dr. Fuhrman to cut through the jargon and bs and actually explain himself in a way that a general audience can understand. Unfortunately most interviewers just let the bs flow without challenging it.
Steve is the most ignorant person I have seen in a long time! How does he function on a day to day basis. I hope he was just acting retarded. So embarressing! Poor Dr. Fuhrman, having to deal with absolute stupidity. Why don't we all just eat shit and take a vitamin? Duh!
That interviewer was like Vitamins! Balance bars!!
I dont eat bars like that anymore. Most are filled with junk. You might even find less cals in a 3 Musketeers than some of those "health" bars.
And I dont like vitamins. I feel like something that is making me healthier shouldnt turn my urine radioactive yellow.

Dr. F does the best he can to deliver his message under the circumstances. I hope it reached some people who otherwise would not have heard it.

Cookie cutter interview. Don't read the book jacket. Just plant your butt in a chair turn on the mics, point the cameras and roll the tape.

Oh my God.... the host is the biggest moron I've ever heard utter a word. Fuhrman handled the situation well.
