@SaintVanodia Fallout 3 is supposed to partly be an RPG. If everything die when it's supposed to, you could do a very large part of the game with only your first pistol, save for the armored ennemies, and that would be useless to have so much weapons in the game. ^^

@SaintVanodia That would be a little boring in my opinion. Dead Island gameplay can be adapted to an important use of melee weapons, but this wouldn't be so cool in Fallout 3, I think. At my sense, the principal problem is that ennemies are too stoic, that would be interesting to make them (and you) stagger more or less according to the damage taken, but if my memories are correct, this is more the case in New Vegas. ^^

@bananacockroach point lookout is a downloadable area. i'm pretty sure once you install point lookout, a map marker shows up in the wasteland. once you travel to that marker, you take a boat to a new area. the shop isn't far away from where the boat lands.

Reply to jackobob619-Its only 20 if you dont get Brotherhood of Steel DLC. It increases your level to 30 and also allows you to keep playing after the end. Also this addon is called Point Lookout.

None of the Fallout 3 DLC is free for any systems (besides getting it from another source). The PS3 DLC will catch up eventually. The main reason to own this game for PC is the amazing modding community it has. A lot of extremely talented modders moved over from Oblivion to Fallout 3, so there's some great stuff there. Google Fallout3Nexus if you want to check it out.
