Fave death metal band. I was lucky enough to see Carcass on the Necroticism tour. Met Ken at the Tshirt stand while he was watching an opening act. Super laid back guy. Daniel may be technically better, but Ken is just the perfect drummer for them.

I too, prefer "Necroticism" to "Heartwork" but I love both of them! I've been a Carcass fan since '92 and saw them at the Hollywood Palladium 8-28-92 for the first time. I saw them at the House Of Blues in August '08 and am waiting to see them again hopefully soon. This time, I want them to play "Pedigree Butchery" and the song that made me a fan, "Lavaging Expectorate Of Lysergide Composition"! They need to play these.

He started playing drums again, but could not replicate his original drumming yet. Anyway, Ken, in my opinion, made drumming history in metal, and I hope one day he will reach his former level.

Ken cant play like he used to, but it was a great gift see the boys play last year here in Buenos Aires. I didnt think it was probable. I waited my teenage years for them to come but they suddenly disbanded. Now, after years of waiting... to see them live was truly amazing. I love Carcass and in my opinion they are the best death metal band ever. As human, im never satisfied so i hope for a new record and a new tour that brings them back. Hope Bill starts using best looking guitars too! lol

Wow! Great quality! A great song Carnal Forge is. One of my favs. Thanks for uploading! About the drummer topic, i think Ken Owen is one of the best metal drummers ever. Daniel plays really cool, he's fast and consistent, technically perfect. But Ken, had a special style that just can't be emulated. He played with the heart and that can't be taught i think. Anyway, like i said, Daniel is great and we are enjoying Carcass again after a long time wait thanks to him and his talent in part.
