apple made their headphones for there ipod thats why high end headphones like (AKG) do not fit their jack properly so i took a jack that fits the i touch like apple headphones then made mine own adapter

LOL he definiely had the screen loose before starting this. Its DEFINITELY NOT that easy to take the screen out

I tried this, and it all went fine in replacing the headphone jack, but when it came to putting it back together again it's totally dead and it wont turn on. I've tried restarting it and plugging it in to the computer but nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions?
