Well actually guys. If it had the stock gsr, snail shell lookin manifold it's actually more true than false that vtec kicks twice. In side the gsr stock intake manifold there are secondary's that open as well.

vtec actually kicks in at 0:25 in the video

the first sound that you hear at 0:22 is not vtec. since it is a mustang dyno he has to power through a window of say 30mph - 110mph (whatever the dyno operator sets it to) if it doesn't go through that window the dyno chart wont graph correctly.

he is basically "coasting" the car up to a certain MPH until 0:22 in the video, operator gives the thumbs up to say that it is starting to record, he gets on it and then you hear the vtec at 0:25

Sory.. if i not wrong this engine has 2 vtec open and 0:22 first vtec open and 0:25 is second vtec open..

n Engine i-vtec has 4 vtec open.. my ek9 engine was b18c Turbo and has 2 vtec open..

@bogie89 the bumper cover is what you see on the outside on front of the car people mostly call it a bumper when the bumper is really behind the plastic cover and its metal. if your looking for the front bumper its called a bumper cover

Those are great numers guys, remember a bone stock GSR (like breather box and stock header/exhaust) makes about 150whp and 110-115wtq.

186 at the wheels a stock gsr engine makes 170 at the crank so this engine would be over 200 at the crank
