Notice how he ended the Drakengard version RIGHT before it kicks into another part. But that second half bears no comparison to Solitarys end credits, so....
I love VAL and I'm obsessed with the idea of making an alarm clock using an LCD Digital Picture Frame and alarm clock that has the capability to record, then sample VAL's "good morning, afternoon, evening" and have the [ O ] come up on the picture frame. I also want to make this song my ringtone, but i"m not sure how to go about it.
Eh. There's a lot of differences, really, but the main tune is spitting-image stuff.
Bongos on Solitary, and on Drakengard it's made more subtle and has other instruments and such. I also cut the audio before it went to the totally different part that lasts for several seconds before looping back.
they both sound oddly familiar, only difference is that Solitary seems to add Bongos during the song but at 0:28 and also at 1:28 I could see the similiarity.

BTW the Drakengard version is better.

@kdreamland "musics sound extraordinarily similar (at least in some parts)."
I never meant to deceive. I cut it out because it is obviously not at all similar at that part so there was no point in comparing.

That would be *awesome*. Tell me if you manage. I couldn't help you with the ringtone, though, sorry :(

if you ever watched an old game show called DOG EAT DOG they had some of the same "sounds" before each round.
It's pretty popular with Reality TV and old PC role playing games I guess :D

Huh, I hadn't seen it. Maybe I'll look it up.
Incidentally, Drakengard is a PS2 game, not PC.
