You & Annmarie Gianni are both breakdancing this week! She had a bit of a different form, but same idea. It's a great idea, I usually do plank twists but tried the breakdancing yesterday and it was not only good exercise but fun too!
I agree on the female strength aspect - I had never done strength training before, but started this year and for the first time have some muscle definition in my biceps, triceps, abs & inner thighs! You do a great job here of incorporating cardio with strength.
