I was near the control tent for this. Loads of nutters climbed on top of it and started having it large. Security went mad but there was nothing they could do to get them down... lol!

My first Glastonbury. Did the fence like 80,000 other people. Went with £25 quid and a sleeping bag. Had the best weekend of my life. Orbital were absolutely awesome.

My first Glasto too Mark and quite simply the best!!!!! orbital stole that night and the fireworks were quite good too. Oh and then some poor fecker got shot, saw the cops lights flashing on way out and thought it was a rave i did. lol

My brother, I and two mates got in to Glasto that year for a fiver!! Can't do that now i would imagine. Watched this legendary event from about half way out watching the sun set behind us. One of the classic live music perfomances of all time, and i've seen a few!!
