i bought my house for a great price. the people who lived here before me had a mortgage that was was upside down so they just walked away. the bank foreclosed on it. i found myself in position to be able to pay cash for it. there are alot of homes for sale in florida for great prices. the problem is most people dont have the ability to come up with that kind of money. i see 3 bed 2bath homes going for around 35 grand all the time here

North Port, FL has TONS of foreclosed homes BUT the houses are nice and the neighborhoods are safe and nice...of course we have police EVERYWHERE so everyone behaves from what I see. House are going for 1/2 of what they were going for. Some are selling for 1/3 of what the house sold for. Great schools so the foreclosed houses sell fast. Most are short sale and foreclosed that are selling. Very few regular sales if any at all.

Samples of carpret, wood and other materials can be sent off to the lab for tests.
There are a number of things that can lead the investagator to make arrest of citizens for buring thier own property that I will not get into.
Even simple things like are there any family photos on the wall, table etc.
Proving that the person lit the fire is the big problem.

North Port, FL has TONS of foreclosed homes BUT the houses are nice and the neighborhoods are safe and nice...of course we have police EVERYWHERE so everyone behaves from what I see. House are going for 1/2 of what they were going for. Some are selling for 1/3 of what the house sold for. Great schools so the foreclosed houses sell fast. Most are short sale and foreclosed that are selling. Very few regular sales if any at all.

Its not to late to get the gardens going for this summer. You can buy gardens starts . Plant fruit trees with neighbors and friends.
