that was so i saw the 12 year olds doing it at my son's middle school. my guess is he didnt exactly get through PT in the Marine Corps... i laughed so hard tyoing the suggestion that i typoed 10x hahaha that guy in the corps hahahahahaha.
uh i don';t really see the point of this exercise, it seems to only train your stability at most...i feel like people would be better off doing regular pushups or pushups on medicine balls..
@wingdamn the intensity of the motion is what really triggers the benefit of this excercise, also just great overall excercise for the chest tris shoulders and abs/obliques
