I may play on it tonite, but most likely will wait until the weekend. The model I got is called BodyFit. Not the model I was looking for after going online but it seems it will do the trick for now. @khloe38 Very cool! Start slowly, like 5 minutes, then 10, then 20, until you can go for 30 minutes easily. before you know it you will have a hard time trying to stop and can go for over an hour. let me know how it goes! I'll also be doing more rebounder videos.

Hi! You actually sound like you have a lot of energy! I use a lot of tricks for motivation that I actually have in my book. One way is to find a workout buddy who will help motivate you as well as you motivate them. that really helps. Also, know that it takes about 3 days to get into a new habit and about 28 days to make it a real habit. So just get started and get through those first 3 days and you will be on your way. Stay tuned also and I will address issues like motivation...very important!

I'm glad you love working out! Can you take a walk with your mom? That is sometimes a good way to get started working out if she has not worked out for a while.
My rebounder does not fold up so I just lean it against the wall, any wall, so it is out and ready to use. keeping it out and in plain sight makes it easy to want to use it everyday.
I eat a banana right before I jump or work out. Just make sure you aren't still chewing when you start jumping...you don't want to choke! One banana will give you the perfect amount of energy to jump on a rebounder for 45 minutes. When you are done working out you can then eat eggs or a slice of whole grain toast with peanut butter on it.
