Btw, Gunther's father is a moron. I agree, bandofbrothers, Gunther really must be messed up. No wonder he acts the way he does--his father's a conman, AND it seems, by the way Gunther was surprised that Magnus was proud of him, his dad is extremely hard to please. All that obnoxious pride must be his way of trying to gain approval from everybody since he has to try so hard for Magnus. Poor Gunther :(

I actually went on wikipedia and read about Gunther and his father. His father, being the obese, mean-spirited (I could go on for at least an hour!) person he is, thinks that being a knight is all about good swordsmanship, not obeying the knight's code. So because of that, his influence of being greedy and just all around lousy, has had an influence on poor Gunther. He sends his son to do some dirty work for him! The Breech family is not well liked based on this, I think. :(

It's just so awesome. It's kinda like a kid's soap opera, just not as dramatic or adult. There are a few antagonists, really awesome couples/ love triangles, and a giant fire breathing dragon...wait...Days of Our Lives or Desperate Housewives don't have fire breathing dragons! AND THAT is what makes Jane and the Dragon AWESOME!!!!
