  • That little kid is so cute! haha

  • Im just wondering. If sexual orientation is indeed set before birth. What would homophobe religious communities try to tell themselves?

I have a feeling that suddenly gene and hormone therapy would be okay in the eyes of "god.."

  • hahaha poker face @ 6:07

  • Well, one more question. Why some people turn gay after marriage or having kids?!

  • @Lightning1017 They don't "turn" gay. They've been gay their entire lives, they've just been lying to themselves in fear of being who they really are because either their family, community, or friends would disown them.

  • Ok im confused someone needs to study me cuz im am the first born son yu see and im 16 already i am indeed bisexual now my two younger brothers are no wear near gay so how does the older brother effect come into play here??

  • Dr. Breedlove... how ironic.

  • The key to the whole "older brothers" theory is right under their noses at 4:50. If a boy is born left-handed, his chances of being gay are no different because he already has his own separate and unique identity as a lefty. He doesn't have to compete with his brothers because he's already "special". If he's right-handed like his older siblings, he must find his uniqueness in another way.

  • Older brother effect means the 19 Kids and Counting family has a lot of reparative therapy in their future.

  • What a profound answer Adams Mother gave. He would have show me the macho boy outside but he would have still been the same. He would have been more damaged.

  • 6:05 right, if he wishes he were a girl then he is most likely trans-gendered, where a certain person is born as the wrong sex, theres tons of documentaries on this, and many trans-genders have gone through sex changes, ever hear the phrase, 'i feel like a girl trapped in a mans body' ? thats common for trans-genders to believe

  • @jwarrior343 whilst i think that is entirely possible, and even quite likely, there are other possibilities. for example, hes been bought up in a world where hes been told that he likes 'girl' things. so his whole life hes essential been told that he is a girl and hes just reflecting that back in his answers. and i mean this as oppossed to being someone who likes the things he likes, because society decided they were for girls.

  • @jwarrior343 especially if you look at the inverse - many girls grow up as tomboys, and may even express a desire to be a boy but that would rarely lead to people assuming they were trans-gender. because its more socially acceptable for girls to act like boys.

ps. sorry if my argument is fuzzy. its very late and im on my way to bed

  • cute rats!

  • i think the "straight" twin is a closet case.

i have no problem with that--really, who cares if it's a choice or not? even if it is a choice (and i don't think it is for most people) let people live how they want to live.

  • @arsepoetica71 you know

i beleve exualy you are born whit some talents and stuff

    a sertain character

but at the same time i think there is also a part that is education and lifeexperience

maybe the gay/straight thing is even for 99.99999% sure but it woud suprise me if it is 100%

  • I like the twins from the last part, they're so cute!

  • I guess someone just take too much of memories from the past incarnation,

  • well the newest research was done on twins in the womb it was on Discovery i think and the result is : In the womb while the brain is forming .(in the case of a male) if the brain absorbs estrogen (female hormone) instead of Testosterone (male hormone) the boy will turn out gay and vise versa for females ....very logical 2 be honest

  • im pansexual so this makes sense to me i have dated a girl and i have dated a guy. gender does not matter to me

  • I agree with veganazi.

  • It creeps me out to see men smiling at each all lovingly. I know its natural and its who they are, I respect that, its just so different to my way of thinking.

  • I like how you said this. I mean you were able to say what you think and not offend anyone. It's hard for people to understand things when they don't expierence it themselves.

  • This show is stereotypical and homophobic. Not to mention cruel to animals.

  • I liked that last question, and I'm glad to see how they both answered. =)

  • Keep in mind that these studies are very young and not fully understood yet. Dont drwa conclusions yet.

  • Isn't a boy who wants to be and feels like he should have been a girl more likely to be transgender than gay?

  • He may not mean it that way. Ive said that before but i meant that life would be easier if i had been born a guy.

But i love being a girl and im comfortable being gay

  • That is true. I'd actually be interested to see wht became of those boys in 10 years time after this was filmed.

I like being a gay girl too. :) Can't say I've ever wanted to be born a guy though, but I tend to over think things...

  • the mother is going to have to make a tough decision wether he should go on hormone therapy before puberty hits.

  • sry but I have to say this...A GAY RAT OMG lol

    Their mother is great!

  • Animal homosexuality exists in animals just as much as it does in humans. I don't know why you're surprised... most of us have encountered gay cats/dogs.

  • this show is so insulting !!!!! full of stereotypes and fucking labels!!!! sexuality is quite fluid to most people... Its not black n white

  • well im gay and so is my identical twin brother. my big brothers straight so this all makes sense to me.

  • I love their mother :D

  • sounds very vague...needs more studies.

  • @quickwiz00 vage

    but not for this time

if anyone is black there is still some comentary but not like the commentary on gays

but like decades ago there still was so much commentary like now on gays and no country exualy is known as racist

ok belgium (my country) is but it is not such a big deal

but we are known gay friendly but still more commentary

but whit in maybe 20 years it will be nothing annymore

  • The womb-theory is the talk about hormone washing; but they argued that concerning the twins.

I am the oldest in my family, so am not sure the big-brother theory holds water with me. And I have no homosexual family members. But the 'big-brother' theory suggests that homosexuality would be a less-dominant trait, which I don't know how I feel about.

Also, right handed. Meh, still think it should be a funded study.
