Hey Mike - it's on Rock Creek which feeds into the Toxaway River finger of Lake Jocassee. We had permission to access through private property. The long way in would be the Cane Brake Trail from Gorges SP to the Foothills Trail, then down to where the FT crosses Rock Creek, then up the creek to the falls. Probably 10-12 miles round trip.
How far from the Foothills Trail is this waterfall? Is there a trail or do you have to bushwack?
