  • I'm ex-Reg Army myself and think that this change of name is no different than a corporation changing its name...there's a business reason behind it. It's also designed to create new morale,spirit and cohesion, but the hard work by the guys on the ground remains the same. Best of luck to the guys doing the hard work, and not so best of luck to the Generals and powers that be that continue to deceive their soldiers into more and more fighting.

  • cud sumone giv us sum advice plz r u aloud to join the regiment if ur out of the recruitment areas bcoz i woz born in stockport but moved to manchester at an early age so wud i still b able to join 1 mercian

  • @ffieldgrimeboy69 after you have done your basic training you should be able to ask to join the regiment of your choice
