Well I have both games, and I like ACII because it has a lot of things MW2 doesn't have. Like better A.I, customizable inventory, and est. MW2 now all it has is campers (people who stay in one place for a long time) and boosters (people who allow other people to get un-leginimate kills) so I'd go with ACII

Assassins creed 2 is phenomenal game for offline.

There's no online, but the story is great.

you should definetely get assassins creed 2 becuase you can get many more hours of playing beacause it is a free roam game and you wont get bored with the wide selection of weapons, locations and mini quests.
