I understand there´s a reason to use English, but I ask why Malta does it ALWAYS. Germany has sung several times in German, and most of the countries use their language some times. But Malta, one sentence by Claudette Pace in 2000 was the only thing in 40 years...A pity, because Maltese is so beautiful.

This was the climax of the concert ..... simply the best piece of maltese music ever written. I was a teenager when this was first set up and enjoyed and appreciated it then ...... nearly 30 years later and I admit I cried all the way through it last Tuesday. Being Freedom Day I was more emotional than ever and it has nothing to do with politics its just the blood running through your veins. Prosit to all who participated now and before and the organisers. Thank you ... you made my day

Gensna will be the best to teach our freedom. this year Mary Spiteri boosted the concert more then ever, especially with the back stage clips. A literally explicit performer.
