You have to glitch into the custom game so thats why its called halo 3 custom game glitch. In the beta you had to gather 6 six friends in the matchmaker lobby and two other friends go into a different lobby and have the party of two join the party of six and one of the two players should lag out of the lobby. And the person that lagged out should be in the custom game lobby.
