I can see your tool did something to the block, just not sure what. how about some text or speaking to let ppl know what's going on? Osmosis isn't most ppl's strong point. Are there other applications? What type blade and guard is used? Is this your own invention? Is this set-up available in stores somewhere? How much depth was removed? Is the depth adjustable? Does it only reface concrete block? Did you really need to stroke your tool for 1/2 of the vid? 2 much stroking, made me uncomfortable.
