The way I got my tinkerer, is by just wondering around my mine, he was in a spot that I passed by every time I mined, I walked right by him every time, I feel fail.

@PedguinGames once you get the tinker get his work shot and combine you hermese boots with your rocket boots and then your shild with your obsidian skull and then once you get the wings take off you lucky hourse shoe and put your wings on... coz the wings act like a lucky hourse shoe..... i find that, that is the best accesory combo i ever tried :)

Easy way to get souls of light/night is go to underground corruption or hallow and find a lava pool and block yourself in and get water candle and let mobs kill themselves. Hope it helps.

An easy way to get souls is to get a few water candals and wait for a blood moon, then go to either A: Underground Hallow for Angel Wings, or B: Underground Corruption for Demon Wings (which look badass).

1) Get full Mythril Armor (Getting the ranged first)

2) Get an Adamantite Repeater

3) Get a bunch of Holy Arrows or sumfink like that

4) Get a Mechanical Eye

5) Make Greater Healing Potions

6) Build an arena

7) Beat the Twins with a combination of your Assault Rifle, Glaive, and Adamanatite Repeater. When you're done you'll be able to craft EITHER a Hallowed Repeater or a Magical Harp. Magical Harp makes Destroyer=pretty much a joke but you're not going for magic so I recommend Repeater.

hey pedguin, here's a tip, you can hold shift key to automatically switch to the best tool in your inventory to mine the block where you're cursor is.(and swith to torch when you are pointing at nothing).

@FireLion9000 It does not chooses the best, it only chooses the first one, that can mine it. If you are in Water, it changes to something, that produces light under water(Glowstick, Cursed Torch). If you point at an unminable place(out of range/air/water/lava), it chooses things, like you're under water.
