So far this is the best presentation of this trick I've seen (including Fielding West) I've used this before but always have trouble getting the bottle out at the end. There's a crease that forms over the flat bottom of the glass when you turn it over. Although it's only paper, it locks the glass preventing smooth passage.

Thank you for your comment. If you do birthday party or nite clubs like I do then this trick is attention getter. They stop what they do, and the look on their face is shocking ( they ask where did that glass of water come from..??.. when someone asks me what happen to the coke bottle... I tell them; what coke bottle as I crumble the paper bag and take my bow... Try it )

I do the version with a ketchup bottle, and I have been trying to change it up a little bit. You gave me an idea...
