at the end of that test you cold have just popped a portal on the floor and one across the goo on the slanted panle (yes not as mutch fun but is works) Infact you do not need the gel for that test you could have just portalled there from when you walked in and beat in in 3 seconds (or 10)

One of the coolest things about this game, when I saw this originally, I was pratically crapping my pants, as to how i would be able to finish the game, with these extremely complicated puzzles. But the game has a really good learning curve, so by the end of the game, you do learn how to see things differently.

Listen, I have a PS3 myself and it's got fuck all to do with that. Many devs make games for console and port them directly to PC, which have huge problems and feel unfinished.

Portal was made by Valve, a PC dev first and foremost and make console ports only after they perfect the PC release, something most devs don't.

Take Bioware in the past... quality games for PC. They get taken over by EA and look what happens, dire games ported from Consoles like DA2.
