If systemcare, (which I wouldn't trust) took 5 hours, then it's likely it defragged the system. You then followed up with another defrag?

May I suggest you run two partitions instead of one? The speedup you gain will be far more than any of these methods.

Don't go removing services, and startup programs unless you know what they do. Don't wipe put registry settings without looking through them and backing up first.

hey, this caused my desktop to crash. I ended up running in safe mode with command prompt to change the msconfig settings. LISTEN UP PEOPLE, do NOT irepeat DO NOT change your msconfig. It is set to thirty for a safe boot time. If you do change it, it will crash on every startup!

actually norton is on the top list. it works better the mcafee. or free edition of virus programs like AVG or avira. they're all good programs, but i took all of them thru tests and norton gave me all the specs i need. and found hidden viruses and trojans that avira, mcafee, or AVG couldnt ever find.

Yes you can. The computer im using in the video was orignally a Windows Vista Home Premium

operating system.

and i upgraded to 7 ultimate from there.

so you can upgrade to 7. plus win7 was originally made to upgrade vista. so it should be easier.
