1) Can't kill them with navy because they have become likable to the public, and you will likely lose the other ships in the process.

2) Seized some very expensive resources.

Seems like the simplest solution is to just pay them. Then make their planners the new leaders of the country complete with it's own starting treasury.

Although I commend Al-Jazeera 4 looking a little bit more into the other side of this story (more than the MSM would ever do),it still did not grasp the Scope,& Damage that Foreign illegal fishing & Toxic Waste dumping(didnt even mention toxic waste) has on the local population & Somali Sovereignty. Greenpeace reports that $300 Million A YEAR is lost by the Somali State by Foreign illegal fishermen (since the early 90's)& Toxic Waste dumping has KILLED & made ill Nationals who live on the coast.
