As for the song, It's been almost 4 years since this commercial came out. Last time I researched it, I believe I found that it was done by a standalone group specifically for this commercial, much in the same fashion Barefoot Contessa's theme song was done. Although it was mainly recorded for the teaser June 1st opener commercial,

... bits and pieces were used through out the season as the episode opener and other commercials promoting the show. The reason Food Network will not release the name, is because the group that recorded the song only wanted it used for the original commercial. (The group threatned to sue if the name was released bc they felt that Food had badgered the song too much and it was no longer sellable as a single.) Most of this is hearsay, but it makes since.
