Solidarnozt! This would work well in a PURE HHO engine! I did the retro-'stang WAAAAAY back in '90. Mays told me "No one wants old cars, kid." Hah! Anyway, I learned our cars are STEAM ENGINES, and can run on mostly or even all water! Start playing with this idea- cupping, or burning fuel in a small chamber, causes a VACUUM. So what is PUSHING our pistons? Good hunting!
