You're amazing. Those shots are great. I am saving up for the 16-35 for that beautiful wide angle. 24-70 is nice, but that 16 really kicks it up a notch. Well done!!!!
As per "3MAJ011" that is just so "Text book Hdr" Hdr can be accomplished with more than the "AEB" mode that most Amateur Photographers use. If You really want to get the most out of a TRUE Hdr You would use multiple exposures at different shutter speeds to get the most out of a true HDR image and not even mess with the Fstop once its set.
Why didn't you use the AEB feature (Auto Exposure Bracketing)?
If you're into shooting manualy, why didn't you just change the exposure? When changing aperture, you're also changing DOF and that is not a proper way of creating HDR images...

Ups, I forgot to tell most important thing of HDR photography - You must shoot in RAW mode.
Ups, pamirsau pamineti viena svarbu dalyka - fotografuoti butinai reikia RAW rezimu. Nors siaip tai matosi nufilmuota nustatymuose... :-)
