I've read Lone Survivor and I thought the book was poorly written and Marcus Luttrell probably exaggerated a bit in there. There were a lot of bad decisions made. Too much pride cost the lives of many Americans that day. It was the biggest loss of life in Seal history. As soon as you had no radio coms and you were spotted, it was time to fucking split. You're in indian territory and you only have 4 guys. There's a very thin line between being a bad-ass and a retard..they crossed that line.

Nice homage even if the audio has been disabled by the youtube police. One correction though, on 0:12 you mark the 4 man team, but the second person from the right is named Shane and was not part of the original 4 man team. He was supposed to be on that mission, but Danny Dietz came instead of him (not in this picture). Rest of the guys on that photo came with the rescue helicopter that was shot down.

I'm not saying they aren't, but the media tells what happens, its a little biased, but its biased because they see the events and they are pushed toward that way, they tell facts. oorah! the book was amazing! and fuck those media liberals. if they killed the farmers they wouldnt of sqeueeled their position to the taliban and they'd still be here. nice vid! however, i think that the bhd footage should have not been in there. october 3rd is a proud day for rangers, just like june 28th is for SEALs and november 10th is for us.
