  • omg, idiot!

  • Fcking idiot !

  • I lov all the comments .she is hitting him so hard the most of the hitting is her legs its so hard that she is crying oh look she isnt .

  • I feel sorry for this cow. You're annoying and I don't think whipping a cow's right. It's quite cruel to be honest.

  • This is pethatic for the cow....

  • Cows and steers aren't used to going fast- that's why he won't go!

  • How old are you? you look really young.

  • Waarom sla je die koe zo hard..? Ps ik heb hier in NL nog nooit iemand op een koe zien rijden ik vind het wel geniaal !xD

  • this is so wrong. im 15 and i train thoroughbreds and i have never whipped my horses! its called patience. my horses are trained with a whip but i never let the whip touch them! they start with ground work until they trust me with the whip. then i start training with voice commands! even with highstrung thoroughbreds i can still get their attention with my voice nd not physical contact. my horses walk, trot, canter, change directions, halt and i lounge with out a lounge line because they listen!!!

  • Poor animal..

  • my god. dont fucking abuse the poor cow. grow up.

  • He's beautiful!

  • Thank you

  • listen my dad and I own 30 + head of cows and I say u need a horse

and that steer needs to say hello to the butcher shop doors

  • A little tip my trainer taught me that you can use. She also uses the same techniques as you with the Clinton Anderson training! Instead of going after Jake's butt with the whip I encourage you to aim at his shoulder when you want him to go faster not his hindquarters. It also helps when you don't want him in your space for him to move away from you. Hope this helps! I want to train a Holstein Steer for riding wondering how hard it will be?

  • I have been using this method for over 6 yrs and it does not train your horse to bight .what causing bighting is letting the horse come the boss over you and not nipping it in a bud when it starts . it is great way to train a horse makes a better nhorse all around dont gripe just try it if you have horses

  • @horslovr73 I have tried it and it works really well, bending wont teach your horse to bite it teaches him to be soft and calm. So I agree with you all the way

  • the nose ring is unnecessary.. as is all the whipping. Btw... 'bending' is a great way to train your hose to spin around and bite when you your mounting. NOT a good idea.

  • @Shokara2 The whole point of turning the head is so that the horse wont have a forward motion to go and buck you off or rear, he is basically "immobilized." Now, if your horse respected you, it wouldnt bite. Controlling a horses movement is a primary step in becoming the "leader."

  • @Shokara2 I bend my horse all the time and he never bites me when I get on, nor does he turn his head at me when I get on him at all. And if he did do that its not because of bending its because he has no manners and is just being mean. And you need to bend your horse to make them soft. Look it up before judging on something you don't know what you are talking about.

  • @dallastrail actually I DO know what I'm talking about. I train horses, or more accurately... I re-train horses after their previous owners royally screw them up. I deal with the results of other peoples 'training' .. I've had horses be TAUGHT to rear when being ridden, who have been taught to lay down with a rider on them, and I rehabilitate former racehorses AND rodeo bucking horses. So before you think I'm some teenager who doesn't know any better... let me just point out that I DO.

  • @Shokara2 I said bending does not train a horse to bite not unless you want him to, I wasn't talking about bucking, laying down or anything else you just said. Like someone else commented on your post saying "The whole point of turning the head is so that the horse wont have a forward motion to go and buck you off or rear, he is basically "immobilized." Now, if your horse respected you, it wouldnt bite. Controlling a horses movement is a primary step in becoming the "leader."

  • @Shokara2 and I agree with you on the nose ring and all the whipping, but bending isn't bad.

  • Niz rider

  • trying to get into a trot

  • He was walking, why did you need to keep whipping him?

  • The nose ring and use of the whip are a little overkill.

  • we just took him team pinning the reason we used the whip is that we just started him riding a month before this video. now we don't use it that much like Mr Anderson says squeeze cluck and whip .Steer have a more pain tolerance than horses .but I understand your concern yes you can go bare back hes a good boy

  • awesome ,can you ride bareback barefeet .
