I remember seeing the stage show, which was wonderful. I've also seen the movie and have the LP. A lot of great songs in this show, and a timeless message.
My Great Grandad served in the First World War and was at the Somme and Paschendale and i can just remember his stories before he died when i was about 5. This so reminds me of him and really brings a tear to my eye, beautiful Alan.
