@GrapplingIgnorance I'm careful about what I say to children as well. They will figure out about the untruth of religion on their own (as I did), or they won't.
I think it sucks that you had to hide your face to protect your job. How can we call this a free & enlightened nation when atheists are expected to stay in the closet? I thought JC told his followers to pray in the closet. I'm glad you're still on YT, but I'm going to miss Cletus.
@Troul478 I don't know if the Mormons teach this, or about the Lamanite curse of dark skin, but you can find this "prophesy" in 1 Nephi chapter 13 & 14. This was what my old coach was using to make his anti-Catholic claim.

@kevinanity The LDS Church does not teach that either. The wrestling coach really got a few things wrong.

@Phoobar1 Yes, I know. The "great and abominable church". But his interpretation was too simple and therefore not appropriate.
Compare 2 Nephi 6:12. The "great and abominable church" are those who "fight against Zion", according to my view.
