  • :& its mouth was moving:&

  • @laurenbits4 it's like a chicken who runs few seconds after he got its head cut. the fish was dead whitin one second. it's already dead as you see his mouth moving.

  • Nice!!

Muito Bom o video! Bela filmagem!

  • Sad

  • At 33 secs the gold fish is still i live o man thats one shitty life

  • @monster3315 not really....you've ever seen a chicken running after it got its head cut off? same thing here: dead but still moving cause of the nerves

  • @leg89 just like after a lizard loses its tail.

  • @monster3315 actually, not really. have you ever seen a chicken run after he got its head cut off? same here

  • @leg89 oups, sorry! haha didn't remember i had already answered back. my bad

  • cool GOLDFISH:)

  • when they have no food they are all like:

Hey wanna swim around llife faggots?

    sure

    swim swim swim

  • So that’s where Gold Glitter comes from…

  • The fukin fish was still alive thy shit is crazyy

  • piranhas are crazy lol, how did you buy all of these piranhas?

  • well, getting my hand in my pocket, taking out my wallet, and paying money to the petshop where i bought them! haha

seriously, they're legal here in canada. some states in the US also allow them, but if you never saw any in your local pet shops, it may be because they're banned from the state you live in.

does that answer better than my initial answer? ;)

  • i guess it pretty much sums it all up lol =)

plus they are illegal here in new york state, so i just go to new jersey and buy them. although some pet stores here within my immediate area have them, they only use them for educational purposes only. it sucks >=(

  • man they really have serious consequences if they sell illegal fish. getting caught basically means have to close your fish store!

    nywaz

  • hopefully they dont sell them,. i wouldnt want them to close the store, it has some pretty awesome exotic fish. its so cool lol

  • what a baddass piranha

  • this was a 55 gal so around 220 litres, but they been there only few months before transfering to a 350 litres, and finally tha 500 L.

general rule of tumb is 100 L per adult specimen (depending also on the type of piranha)

  • ware can i get one

  • in most petstores, but be sure to know what u get into before you purchase one. many owner get dissapointed when thy realize piranhas aren't the flesh eating monster they thought they were.

my advice if you want some, read on the topic before making a move. lots of forums on piranha keeping

    aight peace bro

  • ahh that fish head was still moving!!!

  • IT WAS BREATHING!!! gotta feel sorryfor it... still being alive to face that... ;;

  • doğanın kanunu :)

  • damn, the goldfish head was still breathin' or whatever it is you call the respiration of the fishes underwater... o.0

  • u eat dont u? so shut the fuck up

  • your piranhas are very cool

  • Your pussy! ;)

  • Yes, people need to stop being such pussies about stuff like this, it's nature after all!

What we need to do is take the people who think they need to feed live goldfish to their piranhas and put them in a cage with hungry pitbulls.

    That'll be fun to watch!

Maybe someone will still be breathing even though the legs and the bowels are already gone, like the goldy at min. 0:35.

    Seriously, stop being such wussies!!

  • i got 1 piranha but it always hides behind the heater. i put in plants and bogwood for it to hide in but why the heater?

  • what's the temperature of your tank?

  • 82degrees

  • I need a little advice, I ordered 7 redbellies, and 5 died but I still have the biggest and healthiest ones, they are eating well and swimming but is the acclimation period over after 6 days?

  • first, was your aquarium well cycled? a cycled aquarium means that you left the system running for at least a month (40 days theoricaly) before introducing your fishes. that is because your bacteria colonies need to develop in your gravel and filter so when you put your fishes in, they don't die from amonia increases in the water.

as for the acclimatation, it can take from weeks to months (sometimes 6 months) till they acquire their territories. easier if they have hidding places.

    good luck!

  • Thanks for replying back, I had the water cycled for 2 weeks but I had goldfish and minnows in there to start the bacteria cycle. There are plenty of hiding places considering they were only an inch. It may have been due to shipping because I noticed a couple of them had seizure-like behavior.

  • there is a little piranha :-)

  • plecos are sometimes very well hidden, but yes he can be dead as well. it usually survives with piranhas, but it depends alot on the pleco's size vs piranhas' size. also depends on if the piranhas have been in the aquarium for a while and you introduce other fish when they established their territory.

its safer to change your setup when you introduce new fish in there, since it resets the territories. after 1 year or two, piranahs are considered adults and are therefore more territorial.

  • I can't find my placo is it possible that my piranhas ate him? I thought placos would be safe but maybe he was too small.

  • hey man please help ive got 3 piranhas in a 40 gallon and they wont eat goldfish i put in there...they have not eaten anything in one day and the goldfish are just sittin there in the tank..wats the problem????

  • it takes a lil while before they actually "take over" the aquarium. they may be skittish if they dont fell like home yet. also, if they are not used to eat goldfish, they may just not associate this with food, but it'll come when they start starving.

last thing, u can let them unfed for a day or 2 and you wont see a goldfish last very long in there.

by the way, ONLY feed them goldfish is not the best for their growth. try also fish fillet, shrimp, etc.

    aight peace

  • oh and also, make sure you have sufficiant filtration, otherwise they wont eat.

you should have tree times the flow the required gallon per hour (means your filter should be good for a 120 gal).

if not, make water changes regularly (once a week the third of your water) to help compensate the lack of filtration.

    hope it halps dude

  • i've had just a goldfish spine and two fins swimming around before gold fish seem to live no matter what their missing...at least for a while lol

  • ahahahahahaha lol

  • lol the goldfish is still breathein even with only its head lol

  • its a shame only 1 of them was haing a feeding frenzy :(

i wanted to see a huge big ass group feeding frenzy

  • no way man! this would stress up the shoal as hell! in that tank, they even had too much light. i now have more natural plants which gives a yellowish water and more hiding places in shadow. that secures them and make them feel more comfortable hunting without fear to be hunted (piranhas have lots of natural preds in the wild).

by the way, i let the lights on about 8 to 10 hours a day.

  • ya i know, i usually feed them gf 2-3 times a week. rest of the time they get fillet and flakes for sea fish(which contain high levels of proteins).

these are dead, but i've started new ones in a larger tank n with more knowledge.

    videos upcoming...

  • omg u feed them with goldfish

  • this was my 55g but i moved n changed 4 a 77. unfortunatly, i had to move my p's prematurely n they died at one year's old. they were 6 1/2 ". i think on that video they were about 4 inches n 3 mounths old

  • how big is your tank sir?

  • very photogenic piranha u have there lol

  • awsome video!!! very nice fish
