hmm, actually... I wish it was a real communist country. Communism means sharing. Communism means socialism. It also means caring for each other.

Those political systems they call communistic in the past or now are actually not real communist country's. Real communism you will find in small communities.

What I wanted to say: I don't like it when the word communism is wrongly used. It's such a beautiful word representing beautiful things.

@kittyminty No government system will be as good as democracy because idealistically it can be anything. If the people want communism, not just money hungry sociopaths called politicians, then they can have it by voting for it. Unfortunately I am not aware of any "democracy" that grants the people such power, the U.S. sure as hell doesn't.

This is awesome Markus! I was mostly raw vegan for over 5 months but I never had any backup from my family and friends so it was so difficult. One day I worked so hard and was so hungry, I swear my friends hid all my raw food. "Have a burger,It won't hurt" they said, then it all want went to heck. I got your Heal Yourself 101 ebook and am starting again. I'm tired of the allergies, the sleepiness. The enemas I'm afraid of though. What is your most common advise to help people stay on track?

Hey Markus! Have you read "Anastasia", and the Ringing Cedars series of books? By Vladimir Megre. They're set in Russia- very uplifting and life changing series of books- some of the ideas are a little left of centre for some, but thought provoking... and a LOT of inspirational thoughts on raw food and the connection with nature. :-)

Yes I did a water fast last week as a matter of fact :) Very spiritual experience. I do it several times a year, and try to do it at least once a week (Sundays) when I can

Awesome! Make sure you do enemas or colonics while doing it. Add some lemon if you want. I talk about it more in my ebook, and how to come off it right (water > the veg juice > then blended drinks > then raw food)

I feel very blessed knowing about Markus' work. It is amazingly inspiring and has supported me in my Raw Food style of life. Since I decided to "start it over" I saw huge changes in may aspects of my physical and spiritual life. I bought Markus' book and it added a lot to my experience being a Raw Foodist.
