All of TMNT series and comics hit on aliens somewhere along the line. Krang and dimension X in the 80s cartoon, Winter's baddies from the planet alignment, the utrons in the comics and 2003 series. The only exceptions would be the first three movies. The whole CGI movie revolved around a galactic phenomena. I think PASS!

First the movie, comic, and show are all different incarnations this is about the MOVIES.

Second the generals were not aliens and either were the monsters.

Dimension X was just another dimension, it was not another planet off of Earth.

In the 2003 incarnation Krang's race was changed to be aliens, but this video is about the movies not about the 2003 version.

It doesn't matter if they didn't travel by spaceship. The monsters were not of our world. Therefore they were aliens. It doesn't matter if no one called them aliens, interdimensional might as well be intergalactic because not from our dimension is guaranteed to be not from our galaxy, it just isn't ours.
