  • How could that even work?? Do you need special cable? How does the plug know which wires to connect to when you screw it on a lopped off cable?

  • @audiotrax2000 The cable and plug are designed to work together yes they are special. The screw makes contact with the ground and the spike inside connects with the conductor or copper wires.

  • I must say that yes this is the easiest and fastest to build, but really all that matters is how is sounds and its just flat out is the best sounding dIY cable out there!
