  • does anyone have any good ideas of what to do for tabata at home? I've already done push ups, squats, pull ups, sit up, and v-ups.

  • I'd switch over to plyos...i.e. jump squats, jump lunges, plyo (or clap) pushups, etc. Or just head out to the street and do some sprints (forwards or backwards). The good thing about plyometrics, is that they keep you from losing power and strength while conditioning within the tabata protocol.

  • @koalas167 Technically tabata can only be done with cardio, specifically on something like an exercise bike. It's almost impossible to reach the required intensity lifting weights or doing body weight exercises.
