it's officially called like that ... it was stolen from trampoline wich has rudy (1.5), randy(2.5) and addy (3.5).... the original names are rudolf, randolf and addolf
Yes, but you're not training such a vault of that magnitude. You have to get in on the board and straight away smash of the vault. That's why she puts her hands in so early. She has to see her feet and then exhelarate upwards to make sure she lands it.
This is not a Randi it is a Rudi 1 1/2 twist

she puts her hands directly on the board in the very front and pikes on doe everything our coach tells us not to. but she makes it work.

Really? Have you trained a Rudi before? Techniques change for different vaults.
