Oh i remember once i went to game at the easiest difficulty level, had a deliverator, went at easy level and went to the Oasis, Just where you passed in 04:00,00:23,00:39 and 0:55, At the first darn round all the vehichles gathered in a big ball and after 9 sec's or so all just flew out and my car blew up and all the other vehichles just kept drivin'...
Aargh this sucks! I have both: the game and dosbox, but I won't get passed the setup screen. When I install the game and setup, the screen (window) stays black... snifff ;') I could almost smell the game, I was thát close. Igosama, got any suggestions what to do now?
what you do is go into setup.exe in the game directory and change the sound driver, if nothing els works go with no sound, and you can then run the game

DOSBox has an own recorder, but dessyncronize the sound. I will see later what gives to do.

I hate to admit this but.. The AI SUCK. I play on hardest and have that best car, but a shriker can almost catch me.. I mean WTF? I can't catch Wraths..
I don't know how the AI is ballanced in easier difficulties, but it deffinetly sucks @ hardest difficulty -,-
No u fuckin' n00b, Tuze is right. The AI sucks big time, cause "I live to ride" is way too easy, and all the other cars are way too predictable and with bad tires, but in "I got petrol in my veins" with a deliverator with best engine and best tires an enemy shrieker is able to catch and sometimes even surpass you... They got something like unlimited boost!! DRAG!

I've heard you can download a updated version for free from remedy's website..
Update so that it works online and on newer computers.

DOSbox records the sound and colors perfectly with me. Good smooth frame rate, good sound, everything's fine with my video's.

I used the program Camtasia Studio, but it records in 15 fps, that's the reason because seems slow.
The new version of DOSBox, the 0.70 runs Death Rally very good and isn't necessary change the Cycles for that :)

If you read the readme file you would know to speed it up by pressing Ctrl+F12 until you got the apropreate speed.
