@RaAussieYY It's been many years... It changed alot. As far as I know, you don't get any experience now. Just some piece that's required to enter the Zakum boss stage.

my friend(dad) told me a trick to doing the jq..(1st stage) if theres a place where u kno a rock is ganna fall and ur on that rope... the second that rock falls down... jump off then grab it again... i finished mine and i got 5 eye of fire on my 57 spearman =]

Wow I consider myself to be very good at JQs but when I did Zakums 2yrs ago it took me about 2hrs to beat it. You must've practiced a lot to get that good at it.

normally i wouldn't go through everything for a quest as cataclysmic as this... but *sigh* its the only way to get a zhelm.

I think what jvizzle is trying to say is that even though you can heal your way through the lava, you can not get up to the platform at the end of the quest and therefore, have to have pro jumping skills in order to complete this quest. There are no shortcuts to it, though it helps to be able to look at an obsticle and analyze it (trust me, thats how i got so good at it)

yeah, i meant to say: yes, it's possible to die. yes, it's the same damage. no, you can't complete the quest if you've fallen, unless you walked all the way back to retry. hasards is correct, there is a platform preventing you from completing the quest if you walk all the way through the lava. there is no way you can jump over it because all of the skills that can help you do so have been disabled.
